What we were asked to solve.

Sales teams targeting local businesses need clean lead lists, and the public datasets either don't exist or are months out of date. Manual scraping breaks at any volume because of rate-limiting and DOM churn.

02Approach

How the studio took it on.

Playwright-based scraper with rotating context, exponential backoff, and a normalised output schema. Feeds an ETL stage that enriches and dedupes, then writes directly into the CRM through its API. Designed to be paused and resumed mid-run.

03Outcome

What shipped, and what changed.

Shipped to multiple clients. Lead lists that took weeks to assemble manually now refresh weekly with no human in the loop.
