01Challenge
What we were asked to solve.
The architecture phase of any new project is high-context work that's hard to delegate. Founders end up rewriting the same kind of plan from scratch for every new product, and the quality drifts depending on how tired they are that day.
02Approach
How the studio took it on.
Claude Code as the host, with sub-agents specialised for planner, architect, security reviewer, and consistency reviewer. Each agent produces an artefact (PRD, system design, ADRs, task graph) and the orchestrator reconciles disagreements before signing off.
03Outcome
What shipped, and what changed.
Shipped internally. Architecture-phase turnaround for new engagements dropped from a day to under an hour, with the founder reviewing instead of drafting.
