01Challenge

What we were asked to solve.

Textile workflows in India don't fit the generic ERP mould. Orders arrive on WhatsApp, fabric is measured in metres and lots, GST has product-level HSN nuance, and the same shipment can be a job-work, a sale, and a stock transfer depending on the day. Off-the-shelf ERPs either ignore this reality or buckle under the customisation.

02Approach

How the studio took it on.

We sit Paraslace directly on top of the Krypton Forge Labs Platform — Odoo 18 handles accounting and inventory, a Next.js 16 frontend handles every customer-facing flow. Roles are first-class (owner, manager, karigar, salesperson), GST is baked into product creation, and the fabric concept (lot, dye, shade) is a domain type rather than a free-text field. Three pilot partners ship orders through the system every week.

03Outcome

What shipped, and what changed.

Live with the first pilot. Two more rolling on this quarter. Order entry that used to take ~20 minutes on paper takes under 2 minutes on Paraslace, and GST invoices generate automatically from the same flow.
